- Dipangkar:
- Aruni will arrive to JLab on Dec 15th
- DIS 2023 Conference to happen in Lansing, Michigan. Deadline abstract is December 12 at 6pm.
- It was not decided who will be the speaker, but it was agreed that Arun will submit an abstract to the Conference.
- Tanja Horn invited to give a talk in the next Hall C winter meeting. Carlos will be the speaker.
- Eric C. :
- The clean space to assembly the prototype is not yet decided.
- Carlos:
- we have Steve's code, and it is a matter of make it work and understand it.
- Steve claims that the code is capable to produce background based on the rates expected (we need to study)
- It is clear that the main issue on Steve's code is the requirement on each readout disk
- due to some problems with the farm in the last weeks, I was no able to run any job. That was solved after several interactions with the experts through the ticket system.
