1. General
   1. Meeting moved to 10 am
   2. Offset for the BPMs found. Worst case 1 mm. BPM offsets will be uploaded, Dave to take care of this.
   3. Collimator was checked in October, wait for survey data.
2. Laser
   1. Cavity is not locking. Mode matching is off.
   2. Changed the fibre amp (tried different see laser but that didn't improve things.)
   3. Today realigning PPLN to get a better shape. (but highest priority is to get to high current.)
3. Electron Detector
   1. FSD is fixed
   2. QWAD adaptor tested and seems to work. Will insert when beam is threaded.
   3. Progress made on scaler readout butt still issues to resolve.
   4. DAQ is generally is good shape.
   5. Is helicity signal in the DAQ?
   6. Need to work on the software (decoding of VTROC.)
4. Photon Detector
   1. Looking into a waterproofing solution. Current plastic doesn't fit, try to get a bigger piece of plastic.
   2. All cable ends have been replaced.
   3. Finger scintillators behind each tungsten finger was checked (take a picture.)
5. Analysis
   1. Updating online analysis for CREX (cosmetic)
   2. Make rootfiles available for use in PREX background studies.
