GMn GEM commissioning Meetings: WEDNESDAY 10:30am - 11:30am

GEM inventory for GEn-RP and GEp:
Work plan for GEn-RP
- BBGEM work would start Dec 6th and end Dec 19th. This is the HV upgrades for the UV layers.
- Vimukthi, Holly, Xinzhan, Saru + techs
- Do we have what we need to do this?
- Replace APVs?
- Transport recoil detector, active analyzer into hall in late Jan. Should happen after re-install of SBS GEMs.
- Need to upgrade HV on recoil layers and test. Early Jan?
- Vimukthi, Bhasitha, Saru, ?
- Remove the SBS GEM stack around Jan 25 for HV upgrades and APV repairs/swaps.
- Work on SBS GEM is 15 days until Feb 15.
- Will we swap modules to put the HV inputs on the same side?
- What do we need to order now to be ready for this?
- Build the SBS GEM bunker after the SBS and HCAL moved into position.
