This GUI is used to enable/set particular voltage channels remotely.

  1. Log on to aslow@adaqsc
  2. cd slowc
  3. ./hvs BEAMLINE

This will start the GUI. Available channels should say "S1, S5, S6, S9, S12". Navigate to the table and select a channel. Make sure you know the desired voltage before proceeding. Check the box to enable, then click the HV On/Off on the left, if it is not already active.

These Photon Detector channels are for PREX/CREX running conditions:

Slot Cha HV
Side (V) Finger SL-6 CH-10 -950 V
Top (H) Finger SL-6 CH-11 -1000 V
GSO (PhDetector) SL-12 CH-11 See note 1

Note 1: For PRex the GSO is in an independent HV supply, set to -2340 V.

In addition, there are four scintillators in the laser table, two upstream and two downstream of the interaction point. Note: The following voltages are all positive.

Slot Channel HV
DS Top SL-9 CH-0 +1800 V
DS Bottom SL-9 CH-1 +1800 V
US BR SL-9 CH-2 +1800 V
US BL SL-9 CH-3 +1800 V

OLD INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Log on to adev@adaq1 or adev@adaq2.
  2. cd slowc
  3. ./hvs BEAMLINE

Old channel for PbWO4: Slot 12, Channel 11, set to about -1690V. (desired voltage as of 2016-11-10 to 2016-12-31)
