Near term work plan

Update on INFN GEM layers for GEn-RP
- Layers assembled and ready to be inserted in inline stack. Plan to run up HV this week.
Update on UVa GEM layers for GEn-RP
Update on BB GEMs
- All APVs plugged in and working.
- Will perform a pedestal analysis soon.
- Waiting for HiVolta supply to evaluate pedestals on layer 0.
