- Need 3 SDs and 2 VTPs for all ECal crates
- put FADCs from GRINCH and ECAL in VXS crates
- Hanjie finished cosmics trigger - 7 firmware for each crates - synthetized and pass to Ben to put in firmware - need to get SSP processing -
- HCal
need to check with Ben , best place for SSD - cannot go in TS crate - maybe one ECal crate - 2 SSPs in cabinet
- position dependent thresholds
- cluster thresholds - column thresholds ? X and Y position from target
- Kip plan to put together a document for cluster information - document in progress
- lookup table for coincidence - to be generated too

- Chi-Ying working with Jiwan and Simona - will work on software to do calibration and produce the thresholds for the DAQ

- Low Voltage supply : Mark building for CDet - Mark wanted to reach out to Ben to ask question about control of LV ,bringing engineering student to help with that too - 3 crates in small bunker - need to have connected to internet
- cable making on going
- 4 modules to be retroffited
- HV cables laid out at pivot to the setup
- bring TDC cables to be laid next week
- will install VXS crate - starting to make VETROC ECL adapater
- Beamline
- need to recable beamline
- Ciprian can work on it in November, Paul will come to upgrade parity DAQ crate could help with beamline after

- helicity decoding board - Paul has one to be installed - can be added when recabling beamline crate
