Near term work plan

• See installation plan for SBS here: plan
• Installation of HV dividers on BB: work plan
  • BB APV Status
• Thoughts on special run requests during GEn:
  • Luminosity studies (Nilanga)
  • Full readout studies for negative pulse studies and etc (Sean)

Update on INFN GEM layers for GEn-RP

• 0.5" spacers arrived, working on INFN install plan for EEL.

Update on BB GEMs

• All GEMs back in BB.
  • One APV giving trouble, currently investigating.
• Taking new pedestals and switching over to Ar/CO2 in the next few weeks.

DAQ updates (Ben, Bryan, Alex)

• schematic of setup?
• FIR filter?
• Update on: need 2 DC working in Hall A
