GMn GEM commissioning Meetings: WEDNESDAY 10:30am - 11:30am

Please use sbs_gems mailing list for plots/communications and HALOG entries relevant to GEMs!

GEM inventory for GEn-RP and GEp:

  • Inventory and plan: [1]
  • HV upgrade tracker: [2]

Work plan for GEn-RP

  • Inline GEM layers and RP layers work is complete. Probably to be installed on SBS platform early next week.
  • Update on preparations for XW layer.
  • Some setup of the HV electronics on the network and routing of patch + cables. Still work to be done.
  • Once the GEMs back on SBS, we should begin running the HDMI cables.
  • Will need help moving the GEMs in EEL 125 for Hall B.
  • Joe B thinks LV system could be ready by 1 March (in progress)
