Minutes

  • Marco: Request of extra SAMPA v5 chips. Proposal to produce extra SAMPA chips from many different groups; Waiting for feedback, quite optimistic;
  • Arun: comments:
    • Mention of "electron trigger" => read "reconstructed electron" + check if online trigger info has any power ruling out a target region (Eric)
    • Check BoNuS GEM resolution;
    • Other useful track information: time at vertex => coincidence with DIS electron;
    • What happens when a proton loses its energy in the Bragg peak? Bonus uses a experimental parametrization from TRIUMF.
  • Steve: Possibility to hire a post-doc who specializes in machine learning.
  • Rachel: What to provide? ADC samples. No sync possible between SAMPA time and trigger time.
  • Carlos: put generators in G4SBS.
