- SD delay : still need 2 SDs ( Glasgow and INFN just requested quote ) Hall B lending two - will get once checked
- need to adjust for HCAL transit time with different PMTs - looked at it already, about 12 ns - 20 cable after summing - still need to look with led
- status of cosmics paddles ( installed by Bogdan ) - HCAL paddles in test lab still need to be set up - Scott checked with techs - will push next week
- GEM fibers too short : Mark will order parts - ( fiber ordered - + 2 extensions ordered )
- 15 bad MPDs - need to look at fixing - Ben ? Dustin loaning us 6 MPDs - need 85 total - 67 in hand - 1 MPD (301) VME address issue in some slot -
- APV needed 1208 - 966 in hand working - Michael might lend 40 - ( check with Thir )
- GEM fiber possibly bad - 2 broken - if long sleeve want to pull spare in separate conduit ( extension setup - 50 % )
