1. How many people will come in October from each group?

   1. Review the goal for this first run: test several quartz/lightguide/PMT prototypes with emphasis on pulse height spectra and sensitivity to backgrounds in the light guides
   2. Manitoba and UMass prototypes (number of prototypes and concepts)
   3. Anything else besides the above?
3. Preparations at Mainz
   1. Basic components: test table, trigger scintillators, DAQ system, analysis scripts….
   2. Envision a modular setup which is self-aligned but will facilitate quick swap-in/out of various prototypes. Get input on this. Frank, Sebastian and I will flesh this out during the week.
   3. Formulation of a run plan to accomplish both MOLLER and P2 goals during this week

   1. UMass - Seamus, Jon Wexler (KK will be there the previous; help with prep)
   2. U of M - Peiqing, Michael, Juliette near end (MENU conference - would be useful)?

   1. Review the goals - test pulse heights on prototypes
      1. different positions, angles on quartz
      2. different positions, angles on light guides
      3. cross-talk tests

      1. U of M
         1. at least 3 pieces of quartz (up to 6, with 3 higher priorities)
         2. at least 2 different types of tubes
         3. different light guide materials (reflectivities)/lengths
         4. PMT, quartz mount on each assembly so we can switch it out
      2. UMass
         1. several spare pieces of PREX dimension quartz (cut perp. and 45 degrees)
         2. light guides very important
   3. New item - Ordering materials
