Selection of Input Files used with MCEEP and SIMC
The input files used for the small collimator and no collimator simulations are linked below.
MCEEP
When running MCEEP, the radiation option '2' - multiphoton correction - was chosen; the collimator (if used) is included in the input file.
- No collimator used; radiation ON
- No collimator used; radiation OFF and all energy loss OFF
- Small collimator used; radiation ON
- Small collimator used; radiation OFF and all energy loss OFF
SIMC
All options for radiation and energy loss are included in the input file; the collimator model is hard-wired in the simulation code.
